What will you do all day?
- Active search for new customers in foreign markets.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing long-term partnerships.
- Preparation and implementation of export sales plans.
- Preparation of commercial offers, contracts and pricing proposals.
- Negotiations with international customers and partners.
- Participation in international exhibitions, business missions and meetings.
- Market analysis, monitoring of the competitive environment and identification of new business opportunities.
- Cooperation with production and quality departments to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Analysis of sales results and preparation of reports.

- You have successful B2B sales or export management experience.
- You are able to independently organize your work and achieve your goals.
- You communicate excellently in Lithuanian and English (written and oral).
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
- You have experience working with food, agricultural or FMCG products.
- You are able to negotiate and build long-term business relationships.
- You have a category B driver's license.
- You are ready to go on business trips abroad
