About the company:

Stafferty's client is a company operating since 1995, trading in tractors, agricultural machinery, tractor parts and various implements. The company's range includes lawnmowers, mulchers, tillers, plows, cultivators, potato planters, mowing equipment and other implements for tractors.

We are currently recruiting an EXPORT SALES MANAGER to join the team, who will be responsible for the active development of export markets and the search for new business partners in Europe.

Main responsibilities:

  • Active search for new B2B customers and business partners in EU markets;
  • Development of export sales and search for new markets;
  • Establishing contacts with sellers and distributors of agricultural machinery, tractors and implements;
  • Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and management of the sales process;
  • Building long-term relationships with existing customers and partners;
  • Consulting customers about the agricultural implements sold by the company and their application;
  • Cooperation with the company team in resolving customer inquiries and implementing orders;
  • Participation in international exhibitions, meetings with customers and business partners.

What to expect:

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales / export sales experience;
  • Experience working with European markets;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Knowledge of German or French is a great advantage / desirable;
  • Experience in actively searching for new customers and developing a business;
  • Good negotiation and communication skills;
  • Technical thinking and ability to quickly understand the specifics of technical products;
  • Independence, initiative and result orientation;
  • Willingness to travel to international exhibitions and meetings with customers.

Advantage:

  • Experience in agricultural machinery, tractors, implements, mechanics or other technical products;
  • Experience working with distributors/representatives in foreign markets;
  • Existing network of contacts in the agricultural machinery sector;
  • Technical or engineering education.

What we offer:

  • 1400-1500 Eur fixed salary in hand;
  • Results-based bonus system - opportunity to earn an additional 1000 - 3000 Eur and more, depending on the results achieved;

Working hours: I–IV 8:00–17:00, V 8:00–16:00.

Salary

2240-2440 €/mon. gross
Monthly bonuses depending on the results achieved.
