Inofort (part of the group of companies) is a growing engineering and manufacturing company working with steel frame construction projects in international markets. We implement technologically complex projects from early concept to production, logistics and installation coordination.
This position is not for a "one-size-fits-all" position, but for an export project manager who works together with a strong internal project support team: experienced designers and engineers, production and logistics specialists, group managers with many years of experience in the construction and manufacturing sectors.

Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement export projects in Lithuania and Western Europe (main markets: Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal).
- Work with existing and new foreign customers, building long-term B2B relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal engineering team: technical solutions, pricing, deadlines and scope.
- Manage project schedules, budgets and risks, ensuring profitability and fulfillment of obligations.
- Prepare commercial offers, participate in negotiations, administer contracts and export documentation.
What do we expect from you:
- Real experience in selling or managing construction/engineering products or solutions in Western European markets (steel structures not required - project logic and export experience is important).
- Understanding of how project sales work in the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Ability to manage a project from order to delivery, collaborating with internal teams.
- Experience working with foreign clients, contractors, partners or designers.
- Independence, structured thinking and a sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- English - very good (other languages - an advantage).
- Orientation towards long-term results, not "quick deals".
