Nature of work

  • Active search for new B2B customers and development of export sales in international markets
  • Identification of potential customers, market analysis and search for new business opportunities.
  • Establishing first contacts and developing relationships via e-mail, telephone, LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Preparation of commercial offers, conducting negotiations and coordinating contracts.
  • Representation of the company at international exhibitions, business missions and meetings with customers.
  • Sales activity planning, monitoring results
  • Collaboration with production, product development and customer service teams.
  • Application of artificial intelligence and other modern tools for searching for potential customers, analyzing markets and streamlining the sales process.
  • Maintenance and development of the portfolio of existing customers.

Employee requirements

  • Higher education or higher.
  • At least 2-3 years of B2B sales or export sales experience.
  • Experience in actively seeking and attracting new customers in international markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Very good oral and written English.
  • Ability to analyze markets, identify business opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Interest in new technologies and desire to constantly learn.
