We are currently strengthening our export team and are looking for a sales manager who would take responsibility for the assigned European markets, actively seek new customers and build a long-term customer portfolio.

Salary
Salary: basic part 1500–2000 €/month. in hand, depending on your experience and competencies. Clear bonus system for achieved results, creating opportunities to earn up to 5500 € and more in hand per month.
Nature of work
● Search for new customers and business development in assigned European markets
● Active B2B sales from first contact to order
● Presentation of the company and products to customers
● Initiating contacts by phone, email, LinkedIn, at exhibitions and live meetings
● Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and agreement of contracts
● Coordination of orders and supervision of execution
● Building and maintaining long-term relationships with important customers
● Monitoring markets, competitors and customer needs
● Visiting customers and representing the company at meetings and exhibitions
● Active B2B sales from first contact to order

What are we hoping for
● Successful work experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector
● Higher education (engineering field is an advantage)
● Knowledge of English at a professional level, both spoken and written
● Knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish or another relevant market language at a professional level is a great advantage.
● Good skills in working with MS Office 365
● Ability to work independently, plan your activities and achieve results
● Responsibility, efficiency, reliability and strong communication skills
● Higher education (engineering field is an advantage)
