📍 WORK PLACE AND TIME
Work place: Galinės g. 8, Galinės k., Vilnius district, new "Transekspedicija" warehouses.
Arrival to work: by own car.
Working hours: full-time - 8:00–16:30. Weekends and holidays are free!

🐸 WHAT WILL YOU DO IN OUR TEAM?
- Checking the completeness of export orders, the quantity and condition of goods;
- Combining goods belonging to orders into general shipments, forming pallets and preparing them for shipment;
- Packing cargo, ensuring the protection of goods and labeling according to customer requirements;
- Recording the weight, dimensions and other shipping data of cargo;
- Filling out CMR and other accompanying documents or submitting the necessary data according to the established procedure;
- Loading, unloading and safe placement of cargo in the vehicle;
- Handing cargo and documents to the driver and confirming the transfer;
- Transferring information about discrepancies and completed loadings to responsible colleagues;
- Maintaining order in the workplace and adhering to safe work rules.
🐸 BRIEFLY ABOUT DAILY WORK:
- In this position, it is important to check whether all parts of the order have been collected, to safely form the cargo and to ensure that the goods, labeling and documents match.
- The work is active - you will need to move around the warehouse every day, work with a scanner and warehouse system, pack goods and load cargo. You will cooperate with warehouse colleagues and export management to ensure that shipments are prepared on time and without errors. 🐸

- Meeting. We will present the job in more detail, get to know each other, and answer your questions in person or remotely.
- Conversation with the manager. If necessary, we will invite you to additionally discuss the nature of the job and expectations.
- Feedback. We will inform each candidate personally about the selection results.

- Careful checking of goods, quantities and shipment documents;
- Responsibility and diligence in forming, packing and loading cargo;
- Ability to follow work instructions and agreed deadlines;
- Readiness for active physical work in a warehouse;
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn to work with a scanner and warehouse system;
- Ability to work in a team and report any difficulties in a timely manner.
- Experience in a warehouse, forming pallets, preparing export shipments or filling out CMR documents would be considered an advantage.
