Nature of work
- Analyze foreign customers' product requirements, fill out questionnaires, specifications and other technical documents.
- Prepare and provide customers with accurate information about product composition, allergens, nutritional value, origin and other quality indicators.
- Coordinate packaging labeling and other packaging information, ensuring its compliance with the legal acts of the target country and customer standards.
- Communicate with customer quality specialists and promptly resolve issues related to product quality, labeling, certification or technical information.
- Coordinate the flow of information between customers and company departments - technologists, quality, production, marketing, purchasing, sales and logistics teams.
- Initiate and coordinate product testing, additional analyses, audit preparation, packaging or transportation solutions.
- Coordinate new customer projects - from the initial inquiry and preparation of documentation to product launch.
- Ensure timely completion of documents, data accuracy and provision of information to clients and company employees.
- Work with business and data management systems used in the company.
- Monitor changes in food technology, safety and legislation in strategic markets and provide suggestions for their application in the company.
Employee requirements
- You have a higher education in food technology or another related field.
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in the food industry or in a similar position.
- You have experience in communicating and cooperating with foreign clients.
- You are familiar with the legislation of Lithuania and the European Union applicable to food products and their labeling.
- You have excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- You are able to work at an advanced user level with the programs "Microsoft Word", "Excel" and "PowerPoint".
- You are analytical, meticulous, proactive and able to organize your work independently.
- You are distinguished by businesslikeness, good communication and negotiation skills.
- You are able to coordinate the work of several departments, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
We will consider the following as an advantage:
- Knowledge of food products and their labeling requirements of other countries.
- Knowledge of other foreign languages.
- Experience working with business management systems.
- Experience coordinating new product or client projects.
Work schedule
Working hours ( 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ) ( Mon-Fri )
