Nature of work
- Helps analyze product-related requirements received from customers and prepares information for customers.
- Helps fill out customer questionnaires, specifications and other documents related to product registration and export.
- Helps coordinate food product labeling in accordance with the legal acts of different countries and customer requirements.
- Supports daily communication with customers on quality and technical issues and transfers information to responsible company specialists.
- Ensures smooth information flow between customers and company departments (quality, technologists, marketing, purchasing, sales, etc.).
- Coordinates the collection of documents from internal departments, external departments and suppliers according to customer needs.
- Manages customer business management systems, fills, updates and administers product-related documentation.
- Helps organize the administration of new customer projects and product registration.
- Is interested in innovations in food safety, labeling and export requirements and contributes to their implementation in the company.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in food technology, food safety, quality management or a related field (can be a final year student).
- Experience in document administration or customer service would be an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Diligence, responsibility, good organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
- Interest in food industry legislation and export processes would be an advantage.
Work schedule
Working hours ( 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ) ( Mon-Fri )
