We are currently looking for an Export Sales Manager who would contribute to long-term relationships with customers, ensure the quality of service of existing partners and promote business development in export markets.

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate order fulfillment in cooperation with the company's division teams.
  • Supervise existing customers, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships, ensure smooth communication flow. Search for new customers and promote organic business development in export markets.
  • Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial offers and close sales transactions.
  • Analyze assigned export markets, identify business opportunities and initiate sales growth solutions.
  • Assess customer needs and the adequacy of the existing product basket, propose optimal solutions.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, business meetings and customer visits.
  • Monitor sales results, collect market information and prepare reports for management.

You will do great if:

  • You have experience in export or B2B sales.
  • You understand the entire sales process - from the first contact to the development of long-term cooperation.
  • You are able to independently plan your work and achieve the desired results.
  • You have excellent negotiation, communication and relationship building and maintenance skills.
  • You speak English fluently; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage.

  • Salary from 1800 to 2200€ gross, depending on experience and competencies.
