Nature of work:
- Formation and implementation of export strategy, preparation and implementation of sales plans
- Research and development of new export markets, search for potential customers
- Analysis of the competitive environment and selection of actions
- Negotiations with customers regarding terms of sale and conclusion of contracts
- Promotion and organization of export sales to existing and new customers
- Creation and development of cooperative relations with export customers
- Planning and organizing business trips, going to them
- Participation in international trade exhibitions
- Leading and leading the export sales team
Employee requirements:
- Higher Education
- Experience in organizing and managing export sales based on successful results (at least 2 years)
- Work experience in the FMCG sector - an advantage
- Excellent proactive selling, negotiation and planning skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and organize team work
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Orientation to the result and responsibility
