Main responsibilities and objectives
- Communication and building long-term relationships with existing customers in the UK and Ireland
- Sales development and search for new customers
- Negotiation, preparation of commercial offers and contracts
- Market analysis, evaluation of sales data and provision of insights
- Report preparation and administration
- Production delivery to customers, organization of tastings
- Planning and execution of business trips as needed
- Ensure smooth cooperation with existing customers
- Grow sales in the UK and Irish markets
- Expand new sales channels
Employee requirements
- Higher education (business management, sales or similar)
- At least 3 years of experience in sales
- English language – at least B2 level
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions
- Experience in FMCG, dairy or short-life products – an advantage
