About the position
Holectron is a Lithuanian manufacturer of the highest quality architectural LED lighting, exporting its products to more than 20 countries around the world. We work with architects, lighting designers, distributors and implement exclusive projects all over the world.
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an Export Manager who would like to grow internationally and contribute to our export development.

What are you going to do?
- Develop sales in foreign markets.
- Seek out new partners and develop long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Visit customers, architects and lighting designers in various countries around the world.
- Conduct product presentations and training.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions and events.
- Work on premium segment architectural lighting projects.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to offer the best solutions to customers.
What do we expect?
- B2B sales experience (technical product sales experience would be an advantage).
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Willingness and ability to frequently travel abroad.
- Independence, initiative and result orientation.
- Category B driver's license.
