Nature of work
- Develop relationships with customers in assigned markets – understand their needs and expectations and constantly offer solutions that meet their goals;
- Contribute to the development of new strategic sales markets in order to ensure long-term and successful cooperation;
- Be responsible for the implementation of sales goals and financial results;
- Identify problems in a timely manner and effectively resolve them in order to ensure close contact with the customer;
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, price changes, promotions and other important issues;
- Monitor competitors' actions and analyze the situation in the market;
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
Employee requirements
Education: University degree
Has successful sales experience in the food industry (required)
Has experience with export markets (advantage)
Able to exert strong influence in the stages of needs formation and alternative evaluation
Distinguished by analytical thinking, excellent communication and sales skills, diplomacy and the ability to make independent decisions
Able to occasionally go on business trips
Excellent command of English (knowledge of Russian, Polish is an advantage)
Has a category B driver's license.
