We are currently looking for an Export Sales Manager who would contribute to long-term relationships with customers, ensure the quality of service of existing partners and promote business development in export markets.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate order fulfillment in cooperation with the company's division teams.
- Supervise existing customers, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships, ensure smooth communication flow.
- Search for new customers and promote business development in export markets.
- Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial offers and complete sales transactions.
- Analyze assigned export markets, identify business opportunities and initiate sales growth solutions.
- Assess customer needs and compliance with the existing product portfolio, offer optimal solutions.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, business meetings and customer visits.
- Monitor sales results, collect market information and prepare reports for management.
You will do great if:
- You have experience in export or B2B sales.
- You understand the entire sales process - from the first contact to the development of long-term cooperation.
- You are able to independently plan your work and achieve the desired results.
- You have excellent negotiation, communication and relationship building and maintenance skills.
- You speak English fluently; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage.
