Nature of work

As the company grows, we are inviting an export manager to join the team, who will be responsible for developing sales in foreign markets, managing commercial processes and building long-term business relationships.

Main tasks and tasks:

  • Implement a sales strategy in foreign markets, ensuring the achievement of the company's growth and profitability goals.
  • Actively search for new customers and business opportunities in foreign markets, prepare commercial offers and conduct negotiations until the signing of contracts.
  • Analyze market trends, the competitive environment and pricing, provide proposals for the efficiency of commercial activities and development directions.
  • Ensure control of the profitability, risks and settlement terms of contracts.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners, representing the company in negotiations and meetings.
  • Collaborate with production, design, procurement and project management teams to ensure smooth implementation of commercial solutions.
  • Prepare commercial reports, sales forecasts and provide management with suggestions for improving performance.

Employee requirements

  • Higher education in business management, economics, civil engineering or another related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of successful work experience in the field of commerce, sales, purchasing or business development, an advantage - in the construction or manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management and commercial decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze the market, evaluate offers, manage pricing and work with commercial documents.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office), experience working with CRM, ERP systems - an advantage;.
  • Good command of English.
  • Knowledge of Scandinavian languages - an advantage.
