Nature of work
WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?
- Actively search for new customers and distributors in European, Middle Eastern, Asian and other global markets
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing international partners
- Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms of cooperation, conclude contracts
- Coordinate order fulfillment — from confirmation to delivery
- Analyze target market trends, competitor activities and consumer needs
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, business missions and negotiations
- Cooperate with logistics, procurement and finance departments
- Provide reports and forecast sales results
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of active international sales or export experience (FMCG — a big advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of English; additional language (Russian, German, Arabic) — an advantage
- Strong negotiation and customer management skills
- Ability to independently plan and achieve goals
- Analytical thinking, ability to work with market data
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems
- Willingness to travel and represent the company abroad
