What tasks are waiting for you?
- You will work with existing clients (analyze their needs, accept their orders and maintain constant contact);
- You will fulfill orders – process received orders and submit them to our system; ensure timely preparation and submission of necessary documentation to the client;
- You will monitor client settlements and their execution;
- You will prepare periodic reports related to the activities of the region;
- You will work with other related departments – logistics, analytics, procurement, etc.;
- You will carry out other instructions of the regional manager within the agreed deadlines;
- You will monitor and analyze the situation in foreign markets.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher or higher education (in international business management, international economics, trade or similar field);
- Very good skills in working with MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Very good knowledge of foreign languages (Russian and English);
- Organizational skills, communication skills and result orientation;
- Experience in export sales markets is an advantage, but we will be happy to train those who do not have the necessary experience.
