We are looking for someone who:
- Has successful sales experience (in the FMCG sector - an advantage)
- Has experience with export markets (an advantage)
- Is able to exert a strong influence in the stages of needs formation and alternative assessment
- Is distinguished by analytical thinking, excellent communication and sales skills, diplomacy and the ability to make independent decisions
- Can occasionally go on business trips
- Has excellent English language skills (knowledge of Russian, Polish - an advantage)
- Has a category B driver's license
We will trust you:
- Maintaining relationships with export market customers, understanding their needs and proposing appropriate solutions
- Ensuring the implementation of set sales goals and financial results
- Identifying problems and resolving them promptly in order to ensure close contact with customers
- Conducting negotiations on contracts, commercial terms, price fluctuations, promotions and other conditions
- Monitoring competitors' activities, market analysis and situation control
- Preparing and controlling sales reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
