Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of transport orders for the internal needs of the import and export company;
- Communication with carriers, partners and other participants in the process;
- Coordination, control and information administration of transport orders;
- Filling in the CRM system and updating data;
- Processing customs declarations and administration of documents related to customs procedures;
- Preparation and verification of export documents;
- Prompt resolution of emerging issues and ensuring a smooth export process.
What do we expect?
- Experience in export, logistics or transport;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Responsibility, diligence and ability to work independently;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and meet deadlines;
- Experience working with CRM systems;
- Knowledge of customs procedures and documentation is an advantage;
- Knowledge of CBAM (PADKM) requirements and related issues is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
