Nature of work
- Be the first and direct contact for market buyers and customers, aiming for sustainable and sales-oriented relationships.
- Analyze data on the volume of products sold, the impact of product prices on sales and provide insights and suggestions.
- Organize presentations of new and existing products, tastings for customers (during meetings, exhibitions, various targeted events).
- Organize negotiations with customers, prepare commercial offers, prepare sales contracts.
Place of work: Telšiai.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of German and Russian in writing and orally (at least B2 level).
- Higher education (trade/economics/management/administration - an advantage).
- Active and effective sales experience (MUST).
- Ability to travel.
- Responsibility, initiative, openness, independence.
- Smooth work with office software packages.
- Negotiation skills, ability to work in a team, creativity, effective time management.

We are looking for an Export Manager to work with the German market. This is a dynamic position where you will spend most of your time building relationships with customers, developing sales and developing business opportunities in foreign markets.
Work location – Telšiai, about 70% of working time will consist of business trips to Germany and other export markets.
