Nature of work
- Management of customer orders from receipt to delivery, including order entry, invoicing and cooperation with the warehouse and other internal departments;
- Coordination of transport and logistics processes, including organizing deliveries and handling export documentation;
- Resolving problems with operations and orders, ensuring smooth execution of processes;
- Collaboration with customers, partners and internal departments, maintaining smooth information flow and execution of activities;
- Preparation of data, documentation and reports according to work needs or manager requests;
- Process improvement initiatives, providing proposals for improving work organization and operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYEE(S):
- has a university or higher education;
- has at least 2 years of experience as an export manager;
- works well with MS Office programs;
- has good analytical skills, communication skills, diligence, stress management skills;
- is able to set priorities, work in a stressful situation, and take responsibility;
- has good organizational and time management skills;
- is able to work in a team and individually;
- is fluent in Lithuanian and English.
