Our client is the manager of a furniture and interior detail assortment store in Lithuania. - Plan team time, develop and motivate team members, foster a trust-based, results-oriented atmosphere.
- Actively develop B2B and B2C sales, prepare commercial offers and analyze sales results.
- Initiate and implement sales promotion ideas,
- Ensure professional, attentive and top-quality customer service.
- Supervise the aesthetics of the exhibition, administer store documentation, create work schedules and ensure the implementation of the set goals.
Required knowledge, skills/abilities:
- At least 2 years of management experience in retail (B2C) or sales.
- Strategic thinking in preparing B2B/B2C commercial proposals and analyzing results.
- Excellent organizational, time management and team building skills.
- A true passion for interior design and furniture and a drive to achieve high results.
- Excellent communication skills - the ability to listen, inspire and make decisions.
