We are looking for a sociable, responsible and diligent new team member who would help ensure smooth customer service, contribute to their smooth administration and be a loyal member of our team!
Main responsibilities of this position:

- Administer sales process documents in the business accounting system and B2B platform
- Assist the company team in developing an electronic ordering platform
- Cooperate closely with the sales management team and other company departments on a daily basis
- Ensure high-quality customer service (verbally and in writing) in order to maintain trust and long-term relationships
- Communicate with customers and solve problems they may have related to sales administration and the B2B platform
What do we expect from you?
- Higher education (in management, administration, communication or similar fields would be an advantage)
- Experience working with e-platforms would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), willingness to communicate with people
- Sense of responsibility and initiative
- Ability to independently plan time and solve problems
