ELECTRONIC COMMERCE (PURCHASING) MANAGER

BALTO trader, the company that operates the largest online e-bookstore Knygos.lt, is part of the BALTO group of companies. BALTO trader develops e-commerce and warehousing system projects, BALTO print printing efficiency systems, manages the international personal photo book business ZOOMBOOK, and develops the personalized children's book platform NAMEE.

● Assortment formation and management;
● Negotiations with suppliers, publishers, conclusion of contracts;
● Assessment of the market and competitive environment;
● Pricing;
● Initiation of sales promotion promotions, their preparation and uploading to the system;
● Analysis of sales results;
● Assortment development and optimization proposals.

● At least 2 years of work experience in the field of commerce or retail;
● Higher university education (in the field of business management, economics or marketing would be an advantage);
● Experience in the book, gift goods market (would be an advantage);
● Computer literacy (excellent MS Excel skills);
● Personal qualities: result orientation, strategic thinking, ability to analyze and systematize information;
● Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills;
● Ability to make decisions based on set goals;
● Negotiation and communication skills with both Lithuanian and foreign suppliers;
● Analytics, insight;
● Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
