We are looking for a responsible, diligent and proactive team member to join the growing e-commerce team and help ensure the smooth operation of the e-store.

Main functions:

Entering and preparing documents for accounting;
Order administration;
Uploading and updating product information in the e-store;
Checking and monitoring the expiration dates of food supplements;
Communicating with customers on orders, delivery and other issues;
Consulting customers and making sales over the phone;
Offering additional products to existing customers;
Uploading content to the company's social media accounts;
Registering and administering shipments in courier systems;
Assistance in preparing, packing and sending customer orders;
Performing other daily e-store administration tasks.

Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail;
Good computer skills;
Ability to independently plan and organize one's tasks;
Ability to meet deadlines and established work processes;
Willingness to learn and quickly absorb new information;
Good communication and teamwork skills;
Experience in administration or e-commerce is an advantage.
