Who are we?
Comfortly is a furniture upholstery brand created and manufactured in Lithuania, selling its products to customers all over the world.
The majority of our customers are in the United Kingdom, the United States and European countries, and we sell through our Shopify store and international Amazon, Etsy and eBay platforms.
We are currently looking for a new team member to contribute to our daily e-commerce activities. This is a diverse position for someone who enjoys not only performing repetitive tasks, but also solving situations, searching for information and making daily decisions independently.
What will you do?

What will you do?
- I will manage our Shopify e-store and Amazon, Etsy and eBay accounts with the team;
- I will communicate with customers from different countries of the world via e-mail in English - I will consult on products, orders, delivery and returns;
- I will monitor orders and e-store information;
- I will resolve situations related to the movement of shipments;
- I will communicate with suppliers and other partners.
What do we expect from you?
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Good computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems;
- Diligence and attention to detail;
- Independence, responsibility and ability to solve everyday situations;
- Ability to plan your work and set priorities.
We will consider the following as an advantage:
Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, Etsy or eBay, Excel / Google Sheets knowledge, use of AI tools and experience in administering e-store content.
