E-commerce and Operations Administrator

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce brand operating successfully in several European markets, developing and manufacturing perfumery products. Our everyday life is fast and dynamic. We are currently looking for an E-commerce and Operations Administrator to join our team in Vilnius – an independent, meticulous person who is able to maintain order in the daily flow of orders.

Your main goal is to ensure that every order, return or partner shipment reaches its destination smoothly:

Order and shipment flow management: daily order processing, exporting and printing shipment labels, adjusting order data in courier systems.

Partner (opinion-former) shipment administration: entering received data into shipment systems, ensuring accuracy and controlling shipment.

Customer service: prompt, specific and pleasant resolution of customer issues via email and phone.

Warehouse coordination: constant communication with the warehouse team when resolving returns, exchanges and other daily situations.

You are independent and solution-oriented: you understand that inaccuracies or non-standard situations occur in dynamic work, so you are able to quickly orient yourself, independently clarify information and ensure that the process does not stop.

You communicate correctly and clearly: you have good Lithuanian spelling, are able to present thoughts coherently, structured and clearly both in writing and orally, and you also write well in English.

You value order and accuracy: You like to control the flow, notice errors and work carefully with data and systems.

You remain calm at a higher pace: you quickly set priorities when you need to respond to a client, prepare shipping labels and coordinate a question with the warehouse at the same time.

(Advantage) Work experience with e-store administration and courier self-service systems.

1200-1400 €/mon. net
Salary is indicated in the hand, depending on results and competencies.
