We are looking for an e-commerce channel manager who would not only manage the daily operations of the e-store, but also see growth opportunities - how to attract more customers, increase sales and improve their experience.

Your working day:
- You will develop and implement an e-commerce strategy, initiate growth-promoting solutions and ensure their implementation.
- You will monitor, analyze and manage key e-commerce indicators (KPIs), identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- You will analyze the market, competitors and customer behavior, look for new sales and customer acquisition opportunities and initiate the necessary actions.
- Together with the marketing team and agencies, you will plan and implement new customer acquisition and sales growth actions, evaluate their effectiveness and results.
- You will optimize the customer journey and purchase process, look for ways to improve conversion and customer experience.
- You will plan e-commerce You will manage the budget of the e-commerce channel, monitor its use and ensure effective investment management.
- You will ensure a smooth customer service process in the e-commerce channel and solve more complex customer situations.
- You will initiate and coordinate e-commerce channel improvement projects, cooperating with other departments of the company.
You will be great if:
- You have 2+ years of experience in the e-commerce field and have a good understanding of what drives the e-commerce channel's results.
- You are well versed in digital marketing, attracting new customers, customer experience and conversion optimization (CRO) principles.
- You are able to analyze data and key e-commerce KPIs, have experience with e-commerce analytics and understand such performance indicators as CPA/CAC, ROAS. SEO knowledge is an advantage.
- You are result-oriented, proactive, organized and able to make independent decisions and smoothly coordinate projects.
