Darbo pobūdis
- Supervise and coordinate electrical works on a construction site
- Monitor work progress according to the schedule
- Account for your area-specific work
- Work with subcontractors, the investor, and designers
- Resolve day-to-day technical issues on the construction site
- Handle the purchasing of services and materials
- Keep technical documentation of the construction site and participate in the acceptance process
- Proactively prepare quotes and budgets
- Analyse design documentation.
Reikalavimai darbuotojui
- Degree in electrical & power engineering
- Unrestricted building licence to manage construction works in the field of electrical engineering
- At least three years of professional experience in managing electrical and telecommunications engineering works
- Solid grasp of the construction market, specifically in the area of electrical engineering
- Ability to create electrical work schedules
- Autonomy (we value creative people)
- Proficiency with MS Office, Autodesk AutoCAD,
- A sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines and financial targets on assigned construction projects
- Category B driving licence
- Good command of English.
