We are looking for an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to prepare electronic products for a smooth and efficient manufacturing process. In this role, you will develop manufacturing specifications and work instructions, administer production orders, and ensure that the manufacturing team receives accurate, complete, and up-to-date technical information on time.
This role is ideally suited to a technically minded, detail-oriented, and responsible professional who can collaborate effectively across teams, respond promptly to manufacturing issues, and turn complex product information into clear, practical solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare electronic products for manufacturing by entering product specifications, components, materials, and manufacturing operations into the relevant system.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation as well as SMD, THT, and manual assembly instructions.
- Administer production orders and their bills of materials, track product changes, approve baseline changes, and select suitable alternative components based on available stock.
- Define requirements for components and subcontracted services, coordinate rework orders, and ensure that all required technical information is available before production begins.
- Respond to manufacturing issues, non-conformities, and downtime, and escalate matters outside your area of responsibility.
- Administer product identification and order data by registering specific order types.
What You'll Bring:
- A Higher education degree in electronics, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least two years of experience in electronics manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, or new product introduction and production preparation.
- Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, including SMD, THT, and manual assembly.
- The ability to read and prepare assembly drawings, and to create and maintain bills of materials, technical specifications, and other manufacturing documentation.
- Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills.
- Attention to detail, a practical approach to problem-solving, and a responsible, structured way of working.
The Extras We'd Love:
- Experience preparing electronic products for serial or mass production.
- Hands-on experience with Rivile, Altium Designer, CorelDRAW, NiceLabel.
- Experience maintaining libraries of electronic components and 3D models.
- Experience preparing instructions for SMD, THT, manual assembly, sealing, packaging, or rework processes.
- Knowledge of component alternatives, inventory analysis, purchasing requirements, and production lead-time assessment.
