Nature of work

  • Technical maintenance and operation of commercial buildings and their engineering systems (heating, plumbing, sewage, electricity, low-voltage, structures, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.).
  • Performance of electrical and electrical installation maintenance work.
  • Fault diagnostics, localization and elimination.
  • Ensuring the operation of lighting, power distribution, automation and other engineering systems.
  • Performance of periodic technical inspections and preventive work according to maintenance schedules.
  • Filling in technical documentation, registration of completed work.

We expect YOU to:

  • Higher education in electrical engineering, power engineering, electrical engineering or other related technical field.
  • Work experience in technical maintenance, electrical work or similar field would be an advantage.
  • You are familiar with the technical maintenance and operation of commercial buildings and their engineering systems (heating, plumbing, sewage, electricity, low currents, structures, ventilation, air conditioning, fire extinguishing and other)
  • Energy worker qualification certificates (electrical safety, heat or gas).
  • Category B driver's license.
