ISS Lietuva provides integrated building management and maintenance services, such as office management, cleaning, catering, technical maintenance, etc.
ISS Lietuva is currently looking for an ELECTRICIAN who will be responsible for the maintenance of the technical equipment of the client's building, i.e. a manufacturing company in Klaipėda.
Responsibilities:

ISS Lietuva is currently looking for an ELECTRICIAN who will be responsible for the maintenance of the technical equipment of the client's building, i.e. a manufacturing company in Klaipėda.
Responsibilities:
- independent inspection of electrical systems;
- installation of electrical equipment and devices, repair work (checking whether evacuation, emergency lighting and signs are working, checking whether entrance doors, gates, raised barriers are working properly, checking whether there are any visible liquid leaks, identifying household appliance malfunctions);
- checking and adjusting the condition of electrical appliances and hardware connections after repair;
- repairing electrical lighting systems, light and sound signaling, control panels, magnetic stations, building management systems;
- adjusting diagrams and eliminating defects in complex automation and telemechanics devices;
- repair transformers, rheostats and other equipment;
- check the marking of principle installation diagrams;
- eliminate defects and damage in electrical equipment and devices;
- prepare repaired electrical equipment and devices for work;
- perform other household equipment and device repair work.

Requirements:
- secondary education;
- certificates: Electrical Safety VK, Work in Closed Containers, Work at Heights, Steam and Hot Water Pipeline Maintenance Master;
- experience in similar work.
We will also consider the following as an advantage:
- HVAC work experience;
- ability to work with computer programs;
- possession of a driver's license.
