We are looking for an electrician to maintain the electrical system of apartment buildings
We invite electricians to join our team who will be responsible for maintaining the electrical system of apartment buildings. Your main functions: inspection of electrical systems and equipment, preparation of defect reports, documentation management, coordination and approval of electrical projects. You will also need to perform repair and emergency repair work, and resistance measurements will be performed.

Employee requirements
Valid VK/AK certificate;
Driver's license (Cat. B);
Experience in electrical maintenance and operation;
Troubleshooting (quick response);
Reading and understanding electrical diagrams;
Working with panels, circuit breakers, fuses;
Maintenance of lighting systems (staircases, basements, outdoor lighting);
Maintenance of low-current systems (intercoms);
Maintenance and control of energy metering devices (meters);
Knowledge and compliance with work safety requirements;
Independent work and responsibility for the object;
Communication with residents (problem solving, consulting);
Minor electrical repair work;
Experience working with building administration companies (an advantage);
