Electric Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator

● Insurance event administration: coordination of insurance events from their registration to compensation for damage, in cooperation with insurance companies and other partners
● Coordination of vehicle fleet maintenance: organization of technical inspections, warranty and post-warranty repairs and ensuring timely vehicle maintenance
● Body repair planning: coordination of repair processes in order to return vehicles to operation as soon as possible and ensure high quality of work
● Management of vehicle acquisition and sales processes: effective organization of vehicle purchase, sale and fleet renewal
● Development of cooperation with partners: maintenance of relations with existing partners and search for new partners and service providers

● Has a higher education (education in management, automotive engineering, automotive mechanics or related fields would be an advantage)
● Has experience in automotive maintenance, technical service or sales
● Has at least 2 years of driving experience
● Is communicative, able to quickly solve problems and make decisions
● Has strong planning, organizational and time management skills
● Communicates fluently in Lithuanian and English
● Has excellent negotiation, conflict management and problem-solving skills
