ELECTRICIAN (SHIFT WORK)

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Operating the power plant's electrical systems and equipment;
• Maintaining electrical equipment up to 110 kV;
• Performing operational switching in electrical equipment up to 110 kV;
• Eliminating accidents and malfunctions;
• Ensuring safe work, preparing workplaces according to instructions;
• When working in shifts according to a rolling work schedule: two day shifts, two night shifts of 12 working hours each and four days off (we guarantee 1.5 times higher payment for shift work at night, and 2 times higher on holidays).

• Associate's (higher) or higher electrical engineering education;
• Electrical protection category PK up to 10 kV;
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of electrical equipment;
• Ability to quickly learn, operate and maintain new equipment and mechanisms.

An advantage would be:

• Work experience in a power plant;
• Higher electrical safety qualification (VK up to 10 kV or 110 kV).

• When working in shifts – at night, earnings increase by 1.5 times, and during holidays – even double. On average, this can mean from 30% more than your monthly salary;
• For good results, bonuses are awarded: annual and quarterly (up to 10% of annual salary);
• Fuel reimbursement for commuting to work for remote employees outside the city of Vilnius (from 30 km);

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,080 to EUR 3,120 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
