Our team includes more than 450 professionals in their field, and the projects we have implemented are located in 11 European countries: data centers, state-of-the-art factories, green energy projects, etc.
We are currently inviting a motivated, responsible and experienced electrician to join the BSW Engineering team, who is able to effectively cooperate with the team and ensure the highest safety and quality standards.

By joining BSW you will have the opportunity to:
- Work on large-scale projects in various European countries on a 6/2 rotation basis (6 weeks on - 2 weeks off), contribute to solutions for world-leading technology and industry leaders.
- Grow as a specialist - learn, improve skills and gain valuable experience in international projects.
- Carry out tool inventory and fill out documentation.
- Plan and coordinate team work.
- Perform various electrical installation works - from cable routing, cable laying and various connection works, lighting networks, fire protection systems installation to testing.
We expect the following from the electrical installation team leader:
- Experience as an electrician and team leader (foreman or work executor).
- Ability to read drawings, work with technical documentation.
- We expect leadership from the team leader, the ability to inspire the team to achieve common goals, a responsible approach to work organization, excellent planning and problem-solving skills, and an orientation to high quality and efficiency of work.
- English or German language skills at B1 level (Russian is an advantage).

- Responsible approach to safety requirements and compliance with established standards.
