Your main responsibilities:
- lead the aircraft electrical and electromechanical component repair workshop team;
- organize daily workshop activities, plan work and allocate tasks to team members;
- supervise component diagnostics, repair, testing and certification processes;
- advise the team on technical issues and help solve complex failures;
- develop team competencies, strengthen technical knowledge and promote operational efficiency;
- analyze CMM, IPC, electrical diagrams and other technical documentation;
- initiate and implement process and work organization improvements;
- design, implement and develop new component repair capabilities;
- collaborate with quality, engineering, production and other teams;
- ensure that workshop activities meet EASA Part-145, company and customer requirements.
What do we expect from you:
- you have at least 5 years of work experience in the aviation field;
- you have work experience in an aircraft component repair shop or in an EASA Part-145 organization;
- you have worked with electrical, electronic or electromechanical aircraft components;
- you have experience in repairing or maintaining aircraft kitchen equipment components, such as ovens, coffee machines, water heaters, ballast units, power supplies or similar equipment;
- you are able to read and interpret CMM, IPC, electrical diagrams and other technical documentation in English;
- you have experience in team management, work coordination or technical leadership;
- you are able to independently make technical decisions, set priorities and resolve non-standard situations;
- EASA Part-66 B2 license and/or Certifying Staff experience would be a great advantage.
