After the training, we will entrust you with the following tasks:

  • Manual soldering of wires and components (THT, SMD).
  • Assembly of products and assemblies according to instructions, diagrams and drawings.
  • Manufacture of wire and cable assemblies: cutting, stripping, tinning, crimping contacts, mounting connectors.
  • Preparation of LED strips to order (connectors, profiles).
  • Assembly and testing of prototypes and pilot batches: measurements, functional tests, recording of results.
  • Quality control of products: visual inspection, measurements with a multimeter, inspection before shipment.
  • Participation in production development: preparation of new products for production, suggestions on how to produce faster and more reliably.

You would meet the expectations of our team if you have:

  • Soldering skills and experience in electronics or wiring production.
  • Diligence, attention to detail and quality of care.
  • Ability to work independently according to instructions, diagrams and examples.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic components and ability to use a multimeter.
  • Responsibility and compliance with safety requirements when working with electricity and Li-ion cells.
  • Basic computer skills.

We would consider it a great advantage if you have:

  • Experience in reading technical and electromechanical drawings.
  • Experience with spot welding and battery packs.
  • Experience in cable assembly (wire harness) production.
  • Knowledge of IPC-A-610 or IPC J-STD-001 standards.
  • Education in electronics, electrical engineering or mechatronics.
