As our research and development activities grow, we are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team and take responsibility for the entire development cycle of custom PCB boards - from idea to production.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:
- You will contribute to projects from the earliest stage - requirements formulation.
- You will translate requirements into schematics and PCB designs.
- You will transform your projects into working solutions through several stages of PCB assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
This is a hands-on role, so you will work with equipment and tools yourself. We have well-equipped workshops for prototyping, mechanical and electronic work. And if necessary, the team will always help. Sometimes you will be the person who saves a colleague with a burnt PCB😊.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH:
- Power supply circuits and power management solutions.
- Microcontrollers (mainly STM32 ARM-based).
- Sensors and peripherals.
- Servo motor drivers and controllers.
- User interface elements: LCD screens, LED indicators, buttons.
- Communication interfaces: Ethernet, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN.
- High-speed signal tracing for USB and Ethernet interfaces.
Or if you are more advanced:
- USB hubs and Ethernet switches.
- PCI–USB and PCI–Ethernet bridges.
We produce these boards in small quantities and integrate them into all the systems we sell.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- At least 4 years of practical experience in developing electronics in real products.
- Ability to independently select components, create schematics, design multilayer PCBs and prepare documentation.
- A solid foundation in power circuits, grounding, protection and signal quality.
- Experience working with common interfaces such as Ethernet, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN and integration of simple sensors and peripherals.
- Ability to prototype and integrate solutions.
- Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (technical English for reading and writing).
- Opportunities to work live in an office in Vilnius.
ADVANTAGE WOULD BE:
- Experience in embedded software development, especially on STM32 ARM.
- Experience in designing for EMI sensitive environments.
- Experience in managing thermal loads.
- Experience working with high speed interfaces (USB, PCI, 1GigE, etc.) that goes beyond basic PCB routing.
