Electronics Engineer | Security Systems

Teltonika Security Systems is part of the Teltonika group of companies and develops advanced electronic devices for home, commercial and automotive security – from wireless sensors and alarm panels with eSIM to automotive systems with CAN/LIN integration. We are a team that solves real engineering challenges: from the initial idea and schematic to mass production.

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the development of complex electronic devices from the initial idea to mass production, overcome challenges and ensure the highest quality of the products being created.

In this position, you will:

• Oversee the product development process from concept to preparation for mass production.
• Design printed circuit boards (PCBs) and create electronic circuits using Altium Designer.
• You will analyze existing solutions and initiate the development of new products and technical solutions.
• You will collaborate with software developers, production engineers and other specialists.
• You will assess technical risks, find optimal solutions and ensure their implementation.
• If necessary, you will actively participate in electronics design and problem-solving tasks.

What we expect from you:

• Experience working with Altium Designer.
• Knowledge of analog and digital circuits and practical experience working with them.
• Experience in developing electronic products from schematic and PCB design to prototype creation and preparation for mass production.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
• Practical soldering and prototype assembly skills.
• Ability to independently analyze problems, make technical decisions and take responsibility for results.

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from €25/hr. to €32/hr. (approximately €4,170–€5,339) before taxes, depending on your experience and competencies. There is also the possibility of receiving bonuses for the achieved results.
