Electronics Product Engineer

HILL International Baltic's client is a rapidly growing company manufacturing drone components that meet the highest safety requirements, which is currently inviting ELECTRONIC PRODUCT ENGINEERS to join the team.

The main function of this position is to ensure sustainable product production and effective development.

You will ensure that the company's products are properly documented and that components comply with international standards.
You will look for alternative components, test them in production; test products under various conditions; consult with customers and help them solve their issues; based on customer requests and test results, provide ideas for product development, and contribute to the development process within your competence.

In this position, you will also contribute to solving technical problems in the production process; organize the assembly and programming of product testing equipment, and ensure their smooth operation.

During the work process, you will mainly cooperate with R&D and production teams.

We expect you to:

• have a higher education in electronics, engineering, technology or a similar field (or particularly significant work experience);
• speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English (constant communication with clients is in English);
• have excellent knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits, their components, purpose and operating principles, as well as the related mechanics;
• be able to understand, analyze and prepare technical documentation (in English);
• programming skills in Python, C/C++, Rust, etc. would be a great advantage;
• embedded electronic systems design and programming skills would be a great advantage and a basis for a career.

We also expect you to have strong analytical and strategic thinking, be particularly attentive to details, be able to see the big picture and enjoy learning new things.

• Flexible work schedule and the ability to independently organize your work.
• 3000 – 4000 EUR gross base salary per month and bonuses of up to 20% of the annual salary. The specific remuneration system will depend on your experience and demonstrated competencies.
• The company is currently located in Naujoji Vilnia, Pramonės g.
