Electronics Technician

In this position, you will:

• Assembling electronic products according to the provided technical documentation, drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Manufacturing and preparing cables according to the established technical specifications.
• Soldering electronic components manually or automatically, ensuring high quality of work performed.
• Filling out workflow documentation – work cards, production reports, non-conformity registers.
• Active participation in solving technical problems arising during production, offering effective solutions.
• Adherence to quality standards, implementation of production procedures, ensuring work deadlines.

The team expects from you:

• Equipment or education in the field of engineering/exact sciences (electronics, mechanics, transport engineering, aviation engineering, mechatronics and robotics, physics, etc.).
• We hope that you like to disassemble and understand how various devices work – especially electronics. Screws, screwdrivers and a soldering iron are frequently used tools.
• Ability to assemble electronic products according to technical documentation and drawings, diagrams.
• Quality orientation and high work standards.
• Cooperation, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

After the probationary period, an additional variable salary is awarded, linked to your and your team's results, which can reach up to 10% of the quarterly salary.
