WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a responsible and organized person to join our e-commerce and marketing team.
We offer a job of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of expanding responsibilities in the future and moving to full-time in the marketing team.
Work location – Granito g. 3, Vilnius.

Main responsibilities:

  • e-shop order administration;
  • coordination of orders with physical stores and supervision of their execution;
  • communication with stores to resolve issues related to orders;
  • responses to customer inquiries;
  • coordination of returns and exchanges of goods;
  • uploading new products to the e-shop;
  • updating product information, prices and promotions;
  • simple editing and preparation of product photos for the online store;
  • collaboration with the marketing team in preparing advertising campaigns, promotions and other communications;
  • assistance in administering the content of the e-shop.

Requirements:

  • you can work flexibly 20 hours per week during office hours Mon–Fri, 7:00–18:00;
  • you work quickly and confidently on a computer;
  • you have good command of Lithuanian and English;
  • you have good skills in working with MS Office;
  • you are attentive, organized and able to plan work independently;
  • you are able to coordinate several tasks at the same time and promptly resolve emerging issues;
  • you are interested in e-commerce and marketing.
Experience in the field of e-commerce or marketing would be an advantage, but not necessary. We provide training in working with the systems and processes we use.
