- professional and pleasant customer service and consulting;
- administration of customer inquiries by phone, e-mail and other communication channels;
- administration of e-shop orders;
- collection, preparation and packaging of orders;
- prompt resolution of questions and non-standard situations;
- cooperation with other team members to ensure an excellent customer experience.
