E-commerce and Marketing Manager

We are a growing manufacturing company, actively developing trade in Lithuania and foreign markets. We are looking for someone who would take responsibility for the development and growth of the e-commerce direction (www.rusty.lt / www.tvora.lt / www.metallumnovum.lt).

We are not looking for an administrator, but an proactive person who would be able to see opportunities, analyze the market, make proposals and contribute to real sales growth with their work.

Main responsibilities

• Maintenance and development of e-commerce channels.
• Management of product information, content and assortment.
• Search and development of new sales channels.
• Analysis of market, competitor and customer needs.
• Providing proposals and implementing solutions for sales growth.
• Cooperation with marketing, sales and production teams.
• Monitoring and analysis of e-commerce results.
