- Communication with existing and new customers by phone, e-mail.
- Providing consultations about goods, orders, deliveries in Lithuania and EU countries.
- Receiving, processing and preparing orders for further execution.
- Promptly resolving customer issues and assisting in the purchasing process.
Employee requirements
- Experience working in a similar field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Russian and English
- Responsibility, diligence, quick orientation, ability to work effectively in a team.
- Motivation to help the client and achieve the best result.
Advantage: knowledge of other foreign languages
