Nature of work

  • Formation of the directions, goals and priorities of the electricity accounting group;
  • Organization of teamwork, distribution of responsibilities and development of specialists;
  • Ensuring the quality, accuracy and timely execution of accounting, settlements, invoicing, preparation of acts, contract administration, guarantees of origin and closing of reporting periods;
  • Management of the portfolio, priorities, dependencies and improvement initiatives of the processes supervised by the group;
  • Coordination of the implementation of changes in legal acts, regulations and internal requirements in processes, contracts, methodologies and other documents;
  • Improvement of methodologies, processes, control measures and pricing principles of accounting, settlements, guarantees of origin and other services;
  • Implementation of initiatives for standardization, automation, digitalization and efficiency improvement of processes;
  • Ownership of accounting and data management IT systems activities: business needs formation, priority management, testing, implementation and change coordination;
  • Development of performance indicators, monitoring, process quality assessment and initiation of improvement actions;
  • Cooperation with clients, market participants, regulatory authorities and internal teams on accounting, billing, data, contracts and IT systems development issues;
  • Strengthening accounting, billing, data quality and process management competencies in the organization.

Employee requirements

  • Higher university education or equivalent qualification in energy, economics, finance, accounting, IT, management or related field;
  • Experience in team leadership, work organization, specialist training and change coordination;
  • Experience in managing accounting, billing, invoicing, contracts, data or service administration processes and knowledge of the principles of these processes;
  • Experience in business needs analysis, IT systems development, testing and implementation;
  • Skills in forming business directions, setting priorities, implementing decisions and managing performance indicators;
  • Experience in developing and maintaining methodologies, rules, pricing principles and administrative processes;
  • Skills in ensuring data quality, accuracy, traceability and control;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Analytical thinking, result orientation, structured activity organization and ability to operate in a changing environment.

Advantages:

  • Experience in the energy sector or in a regulated services/infrastructure environment;
  • Experience with complex accounting, billing, data exchange, customer/service administration or performance control processes in a regulated or large-scale services environment;
  • Experience in implementing, developing or maintaining accounting, billing, data management or market information systems;
  • Experience as an IT system owner, product owner, business representative, Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role;
  • Experience in managing priorities, dependencies and implementation progress of process, service or IT changes;
  • Experience in working with process quality, efficiency, control, audit or data governance issues.

Offered remuneration:

4400 - 5500 EUR (tax included), depending on competences and experience.
