We are looking for an Electrical Works Manager to join our team, who will responsibly and professionally organize and coordinate construction processes. If you have experience, are able to make quick decisions and work in a team - we are waiting for you!

Organization and planning of construction works;
- Ensuring that the works are carried out according to the project, the established schedule and technological requirements;
- Allocation of tasks to workers and crews;
- Coordination of the work progress with other companies working on the construction site;
- Verification of work performance according to technical documentation, regulatory and quality standards;
- Supervision of work deadlines;
- Control of materials and tools used - ensuring suitability and quality;
- Preparation of reports for the customer and/or project manager;
- Cooperation with the customer, prompt resolution of problems at the construction site;
- Ensuring high quality of work and compliance with established deadlines.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of construction technologies (knowledge of the electrical field is an advantage);
- Knowledge of construction processes and applicable legislation;
- Ability to read and prepare technical documentation;
- Compliance with quality standards;
- Work planning and scheduling skills;
- Effective allocation of human, material and technical resources;
- Coordination and control of construction processes;
- Prompt problem solving during work;
- Knowledge of English (written and oral).
