UAB "Civinity meistrai", part of the Civinity group of companies, is currently looking for an Electrical and General Construction Works Manager who would be able to organize and coordinate the supervision of electrical and general construction works, ensure smooth team work, high quality of services, and efficient execution of work in supervised facilities.
It would be your responsibility
- Organize and coordinate the implementation of electrical and general construction maintenance and repair works.
- Manage a team of electricians, general construction work specialists and emergency services.
- Plan work, allocate tasks and ensure their timely and high-quality performance.
- Organize fault diagnostics, emergency repairs and preventive work.
- Ensure the proper technical condition of electrical systems, common areas and structural elements.
- Control the quality of work performed, deadlines and resource use.
- Analyze recurring problems, initiate technical solutions and process improvement.
- Coordinate the activities of contractors and subcontractors.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports and manage the unit's operating costs.
- Cooperate with clients, apartment building administrators and other partners.
- Develop the team and contribute to improving the quality of services.
We hope you
- Have a technical or engineering education.
- Have experience in the field of electrical engineering, construction, building maintenance or technical operation.
- You know the principles of electrical systems and the organization of joint construction work.
- Have experience in leading a team or organizing work.
- You are able to make decisions quickly and effectively manage priorities.
- You are focused on results and quality.
- You have good communication and collaboration skills.
- You know how to work with MS Office programs.
- You have a category B driver's license.
