Main responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the reliable, safe and efficient operation of the regional electricity sector and contact network equipment, organizing their maintenance, repair and development activities
- Plan, coordinate and control electrical and contact network maintenance work, project implementation and operational resolution of failures and emergencies
- Lead the unit team, ensuring the organization of employee work, competence development, motivation and compliance with safety requirements
- Ensure the implementation of legal acts, technical standards and operational requirements, participate in the coordination of project documentation and in equipment acceptance and accident investigation commissions
- Initiate and implement solutions to increase the efficiency and reliability of electrical and contact network equipment
What do we expect?
- Higher or higher education in the field of electrical engineering, electric power or related engineering direction
- Supervised work experience in the field of technical maintenance, electric power or infrastructure operation
- Energy worker certificate (AK), required to perform the assigned functions
- Good knowledge of electrical energy, technical regulatory legal acts, occupational safety and infrastructure operation requirements
- Leadership, team management, work planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Lithuanian language proficiency, English language skills
- Category B driver's license
